Kyethea Clark serves as the Director of Planning & Projects for the Cumberland CID. She brings nearly 20 years of planning experience in transportation, economic development, and land-use with quasi-governmental and local government agencies.

Prior to arriving at the Cumberland CID, Kyethea was with the City of Marietta for nearly ten years. There Kyethea was instrumental in securing close to $10 million in federal funds for transportation related projects. 

Kyethea has a master’s degree in city and regional planning from Georgia Tech, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Northern Kentucky University. She and her husband, Cedric, have two children.
